HyENA uses [Intercom](http://intercom.com/) to manage customer support. Please click the chat button on the bottom right corner of the HyENA interface and click "Send us a message" to reach the HyENA support team.

If possible, please make sure you’re logged in to your HyENA account before contacting us, as this helps us access relevant context and provide more specific, tailored assistance.
